There is a family bathroom, a downstairs toilet and one en-suite bathroom.

For relaxing, there are a spacious open plan living room and dining room. A gorgeous kitchen and a lovely garden to the rear of the property.

Free parking on the street is available or in the private car park.

Preston, Blackpool and Lytham are all close by.
