Are you looking for Longer Bookings ?
Our client bookings are typically for 28+ continuous nights. Some of our clients with extending projects have continued to stay for up to 3 years! Dependent upon our clients requirements, interim cleaning and linen changes would be required weekly or fortnightly.
Are you looking for Direct Bookings ?
We will book directly with you and you’ll deal directly with a member of our Accommodation Team. Our portal of property and accommodation options is the first place we search when we receive accommodation requests, so we encourage Accommodation Providers to register their properties on our database – its free and simple to do!
Wish to keep things simple, and keep control ?
Once you’ve listed your properties you don’t need to worry about updating pricing or maintaining availability. We’ll check pricing and availability with you at the point we have requirements – we know this can vary and be dependent upon the clients budget, their project scope, the number of guests, the period of stay and the time of year. Equally we know that most of Accommodation Providers work in concentrated areas and their portfolios change over time – so may still be able to help us even if you don’t have availability with the properties you have listed with us.
Bookings with Zero Commission or Fees ?
Yes that’s right! There’s no upfront fees to Register and add your properties to our Portal, and unlike OTA’s there’s no commission to pay on the bookings you receive.

FAQ's
Nothing. We do not charge for registering with us and loading your properties.
We’ll confirm the booking with you and then once we’ve received your invoice we endeavor to process payments within 1-2 business days of confirming a booking.
Our Accommodation Team work with the properties and accommodation options loaded on our Portal. So for the best opportunity to receive booking requests and enquiries, you need to ensure all your properties are listed with us.
We do not manage your property. Therefore your or your managing agent can continue to manage your property. We simply provide you with bookings.
No. We keep things simple ! We don’t need you to maintain Calendars or update Prices. We will simple contact you when we have a booking request that may be suitable for you, based on your properties listed on our portal. You can decline the booking request or confirm your pricing for the booking request.
