Smoking

Please be aware that all of our properties are strictly no-smoking. This includes the use of e-cigarettes and smoking out of a property door or window! Cigarette bins have been provided at the rear of all properties in the designated outside smoking areas to avoid smoke entering the property.  You will be fined £100+vat minimum charge for not following these rules and we reserve the right to evict you immediately from the premises.

Excessive Waste

Please kindly use the bins provided inside the property and the external bins for additional waste. For long term stays, you will be provided with instructions for how to dispose of waste and recycling and any instructions required for bin collection/emptying. Excessive waste removal is for any further waste that is left in the property, which includes personal belongings that have been left for us to dispose of, either inside or outside the property. A charge will apply for removal of such waste from the property with a minimum charge of £50+vat.

Property Damage

Guests should report accidental damage and breakages to us prior to check-out. Damage and breakages identified following the check-out will be recorded and deductions determined by us will be made from your security deposit and/or charged to you.
