Fully equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans & the essential kitchen utensils, plates, cups, glasses, washer/dryer & more. A great space for making a Sunday dinner and playing games with the family.

There is a lovely walk along the river into Miller & Avenham parks. There is a supermarket within a 10-minute drive. There are many places in the city to eat & drink out. The Harris library, museum and memorials provide culture to Preston. RockPrest music festival on Moor Park each year is to behold.
Viewing/playing of sporting events can be done at PNE, the many golf courses, Grasshoppers rugby club, the motocross centre.
Lytham, Blackpool, Manchester & the South Lakes are within an hour’s travel.
Preston Train Station is good for train spotting. BAE airfield in nearby Freckleton is good for plane spotting.
