Moderator - Website Admin and Data Cleansing

Part-Time Flexible

The role of the Website Administrator is to update text and photos on our website listings. You will cleanse data stored on our web system and follow our guidelines. You will be confident with using computers and websites, and any WordPress experience would be beneficial. Your written English should be good and any experience in Business Marketing would be beneficial.

What will a day at work look like?

You will arrive at our offices at the working times that are suitable and will have your own desk, pc and telephone.

Work through a list of Properties to ensure that they meet with our company guidelines
Add / Delete or Modify images
Update Text and Descriptions where applicable
Publish completed listings
Be a Team player in our ambitious and fun office environment

You will be

Experienced and enjoy using a PC
Familiar with using websites
Image and Photo editing would be beneficial
A key and valued member of a great team

This role is a Flexible Part-Time position at times suitable between Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

The UK market for property lettings is changing, and the way in which individuals and businesses find suitable accommodation is changing too. We bring together a firm understanding and experience of the lettings industry whilst also providing flexible short term accommodation solutions.

We provide the ideal alternative to Hotels for groups or project teams working across the UK. We are a provider of Serviced Accommodation for both Domestic and International clients. Our aim is to provide a bespoke booking experience, by working closely with our clients to understand their accommodation needs. We focus on building relationships with both clients and property providers in order to support a variety of projects throughout the UK.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accommodation Agent to develop our business and team further in an exciting and varied role. You will have a hands-on approach and be well organised within this fast-paced business.

You’ll have a collaborative work ethic, a positive outlook, high levels of motivation and resilience and drive to succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take ownership of our Serviced Accommodation bookings process for our local portfolio of properties (Crewe), whilst building relationships with our regular business clients to support their ongoing work projects in the area.
