Telemarketing Agent (B2B) Full & Part-Time positions available

We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Telemarketing Agent to complement our fantastic team of Corporate Accommodation Agents. You will be experienced in making outbound calls, ideally to businesses, in a professional and confident manner. Our TeamStay service is helping more and more businesses to book self-catering accommodation for their staff when working away from home. Our clients save time and money, whilst providing their staff with a positive experience, during their work projects

Over the past 10 years, SG Property Group has developed a UK network of approved accommodation providers. Our TeamStay service offers our clients the largest range of self-catering properties throughout the UK

Using our in-house CRM system, you will make proactive calls to potential clients, to make them aware of our services. You will gain a thorough understanding of our accommodation services and help other businesses to benefit from our 1st class corporate accommodation service. You will also be required to carry out some administrative tasks from time to time, providing variety or work.

Based at our new Hub Office in Crewe, you will join our Accommodation Admin team that is operational Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm. We offer Flexible working times for the right candidate, between 30-40 hours per week.

Skills and Experience required

· Confident and professional telephone manner
· Outbound Call experience – ideally Business-to-Business
· IT literate – ideally use of CRM systems
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude
· Comfortable working in both a team and individually
