We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to join our fantastic team of Lettings and Accommodation specialists based in Crewe. You will be experienced within the Lettings, Property Management and/or Estate Agency market. Established in 2011, SG Property Group has grown and developed with a unique approach to Lettings and Accommodation services. We have developed a local and strong performing portfolio of Properties and utilise systems and technology with our small team of great Property people !
Using our in-house Property Management system, you will;
Scheduling appointments with contractors
Arrange and carryout Property Inspections
Ensure Tenancy management Compliance is upheld
Track any ongoing maintenance
Liaising with our select number of Landlords
Process tenancy applications
Prepare Documents using Word, Excel and PDF’s
Following in-house procedures to complete tasks
Process Accommodation Bookings
Dealing with business enquiries
Call Handling / Call Transferring
Completing end of booking checkout reviews
Preparation of properties prior to guests arrival
You will be involved in all aspects of our Property Management business, that provide variety within your role, with both office and out-of-office tasks.
Based at our new office off Nantwich Road in Crewe, you will join our Lettings and Accommodation team that is operational Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm. You will participate in our out of hours emergency call service, which is scheduled on a rota within the team.

Skills and Experience required
· Confident and professional telephone manner
· Strong attention to detail and well organised
· IT literate – ideally use of CRM systems
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Self-motivated and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
· Comfortable working in both a team and individually
