😞 - No washing machine to wash clothes.

This property was in poor shape for the money we paid, however was passable for the amount of time we stayed there for. 😀 - - The property was a good size for the amount of people we had staying there. - The response time of the maintenance team. 😞 - - The state of cleanliness of the property when we showed up. - The amount of maintenance issues that needed looking at in the property. - Lack of clarity on sorting of the bins.

So easy to access the property with really clear instructions. My only gripe was the initial smell when I first walked in to the room. It was a strange ‘rotten veg’ smell, but I used a spray and this slowly went away. Also wish the bedding wasn’t so dark, but it did smell clean.Overall the space is great and although I had to cut my stay short, I would use again if in the area.Nice extras with the hand soap and shower gel too.Did not access the communal areas, so cannot comment.

It is a very good venue for short stays. 😀 - It was in a good location for me close to the town centre; it was clean; the bed was a good size and very comfortable; it was good to have a fridge in the room; and there was no problem with noise while I was there - either from other residents or from outside. 😞 - I would have preferred a self-contained apartment that included a kitchen and lounge area, but that wasn’t a problem for a short stay. The large shared kitchen is certainly well-equipped, so I don’t think anyone would have a problem cooking a meal in it if they wished to do so. The shared lounge was also comfortable and was fine for sitting in to relax while drinking a coffee.

Great self catering accommodation 😀 - Very quiet, comfy beds, loved the self catering element with a fridge, kettle and microwave in our room and fully stocked kitchen next to our room (14). Also a great location, 5min walk into town centre, retail park opposite and 10min walk to tesco Extra. Also has a good sized car park on site. 😞 - Could do with a proper chair for sitting at the table/desk.
