Landlord Fees

Our Landord fees are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, and are as follows;

HMO Fully Managed Service
HMO – Fully Managed Service – Finders Fee	50% of 1st Months Rent
HMO – Fully Managed Service – Monthly Management Fee	12% of Rent Collected
Student Fully Managed Service
Student – Fully Managed Service – Finders Fee	£75 per student
Student – Fully Managed Service – Monthly Management Fee	12% of Rent Collected
Single Let Service
Residential – Fully Managed Service – Finders Fee	50% of 1st Months Rent
Residential – Fully Managed Service – Monthly Management Fee	10% of Rent Collected
Residential – Let Only Service	50% of 1st Months Rent
