Accommodation Provider Terms and Conditions

Our standard terms and conditions will exist for any bookings made at your property. As an accommodation provider you will accept that the following will apply;

Property Condition & Photos

You will ensure the accommodation is provided as per the photos listed with your property information. Ensuring that the property is kept in good repair with inventory checked and the property is professionally cleaned prior to the start of a booking.

Property Appliances and Utilities

Instructions for the use of appliances and/or heating should be kept in the property and/or made available for guests
Prepay meters should no exist in the property or any other device that could result in the loss of utilities during a guests stay
No heating restrictive devices should be installed in the property and the guests should be able to set the temperature of heating controls that are comfortable for them.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi information will be provided either with the check-in details and/or in the property.

Waste Collections

You will provide information concerning waste and recycling collections in the property to assist the guests.

Out of Hours Emergencies

You will provide contact details for business and out of hours emergencies, and will respond promptly to fix any issues identified during the stay.

VAT

If VAT is applicable then this will be advised by you at the point of providing a quotation for a booking. VAT will be applied at the UK Hospitality Rate prevailing at the time of booking and then this will be reduced in accordance with 3.1 of VAT Notice 709/3 for nightly stays beyond 28 nights. The industry standard is that no more than 20% of the nightly rate applies to the service element.

Payment

Payment will be made prior to check-in and we endeovour to make payment within 24 hours of placing a booking. We may request part payment for bookings made by us at properties for first time bookings, with the balance being made following check-in.

Security Deposits

All accommodation is strictly no smoking. Should a guest break this rule then a maximum penalty of £100 will apply.

If any property damage or items are missing from your accommodation following a check out inspection by you, then you will be provide photos as necessary with descriptions to enable the necessary deductions from and limited to any security deposit held.

Check-In Information

We may request Check-In details to be provided 1 working day prior to check-in order to ensure this provided to the guest

Privacy Policy

By listing your property you accept that we will share the information you provide with 3rd party individuals and companies and in our marketing. We will process the information You provide to Us in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”), the data controller is Us. We are registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office with registration number ZA067558.
